Trampoline Information
Trampolines have been a popular pass-time and sporting activity for many years, all over the world. The trampoline is a versatile piece of apparatus, that enables users to bounce individually or with friends, offering a combination of enjoyment and exercise.
Trampolines vary in price, and generally more expensive models will have a higher specification. Different sizes and specifications of trampolines are more suited to different people, for example an 8ft trampoline is designed for younger bouncers and a 14ft trampoline is more suited to more confident, experienced bouncers.
When we talk about trampoline specifications, we mean the number of springs, the thickness of the frame and pads, the material the bed is made from and the way that the trampoline is built. High specification trampolines will have a large number of springs, thick trampoline pads and will be very strong and durable, although this does depend on the size, you won’t ever see an 8ft trampoline have more than 80 trampoline springs.
When you buy a trampoline it is important that you don’t just look at the price, as you will be sacrificing the safety of the user, which is why so many accidents occur. You should always look for a high specification trampoline that comes with a safety enclosure in order to prevent the user from being injured.
